Compass Theatre is located on the corner of Sixth Avenue and Pennsylvania in the Hillcrest District of San Diego. 

From the 5 exit onto 8 going East.  Exit south onto 163.  Immediately exit on University Avenue but don't make any turns yet.  Continue past University and Robinson.  Compass is at the next light on the right.

From the 15 or 805  exit onto 8 going West.  Exit south onto 163.  Immediately exit on University Avenue but don't make any turns yet.  Continue past University and Robinson.  Compass is at the next light on the right.

Just a door north of Compass is the California Bank & Trust parking lot.  It's $3 to park there but it is very convenient to the theatre.  There is a similar lot (smaller) on the East side of the street.  Also, the Rite Aid on the corner of Robinson & Sixth Avenue has paid parking as well.  There is a lot of street parking especially if you come early and eat at one of the local restaurants.
