Sponsorship Details
We call our eblasts "sponsorships".

Our newsletter is a proven ticket-seller and we have repeat customers.  Along with selling tickets it a great way to inform a great many people that your show exists.

We try to keep our sponsorship prices low so that theatres large and small can afford them.  San Diego Theatre Scene is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit arts organization and all monies go to support the newsletter and website.  We charge only $125.00 for a sponsorship that includes:

·   Being the main graphic on one of our weekly newsletter issues that is emailed to 7700 theatre-goers prior to your show opening.  We keep this list current.

·    Being featured on all our website pages during the entire run of your show.

If you opt to sponsor twice during the run of your show, we charge $200 for the pre-opening issue (as explained above) and one more during the run of your show.  Please plan ahead, we sell out almost every week in advance.

Also, your graphic, in large form and in small form, stays in a prominent position on our homepage and our Plays You Gotta See Page  for the run of your show. 

We will also place one or two of your actors in our In the Spotlight section which gets an amazing amount of hits.

Benefits:

1.         Our newsletter goes to almost 8000 people a week and it has proven to sell tickets.  (We can’t guarantee that, but we have repeat customers who use us most every show)

2.         Our website gets several hundred local “visits” a day and your graphic will appear on the side bar on pages with sidebars and full-sized on the homepage and Plays You Gotta See Page.  And they will stay there for the full run of your show.

3.         If you will provide headshots and bios of two of your actors we will put them in The Spotlight.  Amazing how many follow up hits they get.

4.         $125 is a small price to pay to get the word out about your show.  $200 for two sponsorships (issues) for the same show.

If you want to give it a go I need to know a date right away.  I’ll need your press release and a graphic in the following pixel sizes if possible.  300x360 / 370x320 / 175 wide – if you don’t have these just send me what you’ve got and I’ll reformat the images to fit that size.
